Montreal singer-songwriter Josée Brault blends country, folk, rock, blues, and Afro-Cuban influences into a sound rooted in Americana yet refreshingly modern. Her thoughtful lyrics and rich, creative arrangements resonate across cultures and generations, offering songs that are both deeply personal and widely relatable.

Josée released her first solo album in 2021, in the midst of the pandemic, finding peace and purpose in music during uncertain times. Now back on stage, she’s sharing her dynamic mix of rock and blues with audiences across Canada.

A proud mother of seven and grandmother to four (soon to be five!), Josée lives in Rigaud, Quebec, with her husband, manager, and guitarist John Shane. Together, they bring heartfelt performances filled with passion, storytelling, and a love of music that shines through every note.
