Montreal singer-songwriter Rick Murrin, the creative force behind the psych-folk, country-roots group The Underground Divas, takes the stage for an intimate solo performance. Known for his distinctive blend of Canadiana storytelling, rich melodies, and poetic lyricism, Rick’s music spans from haunting folk ballads to rootsy, groove-driven originals.

Since forming The Underground Divas in 2003, Rick has released three albums and earned a reputation for keeping the sound fresh with every project. In 2015, he wrote, recorded, and uploaded a new song every week for a year—an ambitious feat that produced 52 original tracks, 20 of which became the acclaimed album Ennui and The Golden Age of Youth. His upcoming release, Release the Twilight, is due out in late 2025.

Whether performing solo or as a duo, Rick delivers an engaging set filled with warmth, grit, and authenticity—a night of music that lingers long after the last note.
