Come taste a very special beer: a Canadian Cream Ale created with homebrewers Yacine Boujija, Dominic Gagnon, and Pierre André Ménard — this year’s winners of Baron Mag’s annual ‘Brew your own beer in a brewery‘ contest. A superb ale with orange hues, velvety texture and vanilla aroma, the subtle taste of vanilla is perfectly expressed in this fresh, light beer.
About the homebrewer team: In 2018, Yacine discovered a passion for fermentation. Kimchi, hot sauces, mead, graffiti and beer! He’s been brewing ever since, with more than a dozen of his brews in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and the United States. Dominic, who wanted to impress his girlfriend by brewing her a beer for her birthday, joined forces with Yacine to brew a balsam fir and spruce saison. The brewing bug was instantaneous. Pierre André, a long-time beer enthusiast, then joined the team.
February can be a dreary month. Christmas has come and gone, the new year is old news, and Saint Patrick’s Day and other harbingers of spring are still a month away. Don’t let the darkness get you down! Join us for Févri-bière — a fun-filled month of cheers & beers that’ll chase the February blahs away. In addition to our usual weekly programming, we’ll be releasing an experimental new beer on tap every Tuesday.
