Josée Brault is a singer songwriter from Montreal, Canada, who finds her roots in all forms of music. Country, folks, rock and blues – her style has deep Americana roots, with a feel for afro-Cuban music at the high end. Thoughtful lyrics and professional, creative production include music that appeals across cultural and age demographics. She released her first solo album in 2021, mid pandemic, finding peace in the focus of the music. She is pleased to be able to be back live and to now be able to bring her modern rock and blues compositions, to audiences across Canada. She is the proud mother of seven beautiful now grown human adults, and her four and (almost five!) grandchildren. She is living in Rigaud Quebec with her husband, Manager and Rhythm/lead guitarist John Shane.
