Owen Fullerton is an indie folk musician who performs with the band Willy Nilly. Formed in 2019, Willy Nilly is a band that defies easy categorization. Their unique sound draws from a diverse mix of influences, including 2000s/modern indie rock, classic rock, and the storytelling tradition of country singer-songwriters. Their lyrically dense music is carried by a harmonically rich, minimalistic sound. Willy Nilly’s music and performances have a laid-back yet upbeat atmosphere and a distinctive style. Having already released an EP, LP, and several singles, the band is currently hard at work on new projects, with singles set for release imminently. In this show, Owen will perform acoustic guitar and banjo arrangements of cover songs and some Willy Nilly originals.
