2023 Hudson Oktoberfest

Cardinal’s third annual Oktoberfest is going to look a little bit different this year! We’re proud to announce ‘Les Samedis de L’Oktoberfest’ 

From September 23 to October 14 we’re putting German-style beer in the spotlight. For 4 consecutive Saturdays we’ll be celebrating Oktoberfest with a new limited-edition beer release each week, plus live music, and special menus beer. You can also enjoy German beer flights including our seasonal Oktoberfest Märzen, Wanderlust Hefeweizen, Naked Kölsch, and the featured beer of the week.

Happening on Saturday, October 7

• Featured beer: Saaz Pilsner (5.8%) – A traditional clean, crisp and refreshing Pilsner loaded with spicy aromas from Saaz hops
• Guest Vendors: Saytay Brothers present a special Cardinal Sausage Fest, plus Frankenweenie with the best bubble tea you’ll ever taste. Le Nichoir will also be present to share details about their work rehabilitating wild birds.
• 3pm – Music by Carlos Candido
• 7pm – Music by The Breeze
